Warming Up

When I first started training, I didn't put much (if any) effort into warming up.
Now, almost 15 years later, warming up is much more important to me. For about the last 10 years, I've been using some variation of this warmup, and I use it with all of my clients as well.
Another really important rule that I follow, is that if I am feeling extremely sore or beat up, and I do the whole warm up and I don't feel any better afterwards, then that day becomes a rest day.
